The program is a verification system for promoting bottom ash resource product as well as the product quality, which is able to let people use it without cares in following application. Besides, we took different aspects into consideration to further promote bottom ash resource product. Based on these, the work content of this program mainly covers three parts : (a)tutor the institute which reuses incineration bottom ash to set up management system for verification : we have tutored three institute reusing bottom ash to meet the requirement of construction materials as well as the operation of quality control system, and assisted the authorities to revise “incineration bottom ash reuse management method”, which incorporated the verification system of bottom ash resource product. (b)establish incineration bottom ash reusing pattern by factory mode: at first, suitable suggestions are raised to lead bottom ash to manufacture various concrete product, and functional tests of the product are simultaneously carried out, even the configuration of equipment and cost analyses of comprehensive arrangement for expanding the use of bottom ash resource product. Furthermore, assessing the feasibility of bottom ash as a raw material for Portland cement, including cost variance and reference information based on the difference between processes. (c)establish the technology about recycled aggregates from incineration bottom ash as asphalt concrete pavement material : We established physical parameters of recycled aggregates from incineration bottom ash as asphalt concrete pavement material, and provided mixture design as well as comprehensive operating information of bottom ash asphalt concrete. With the mixture design, we tried small-scale batch mixing in the factory, and made sure the physical characteristic applicable to bottom ash asphalt concrete by experimental analyses. At last, we wrote a first draft of manual about recycled aggregates from incineration bottom ash as asphalt concrete pavement material including the technology and management for guiding recycled aggregates from incineration bottom ash as asphalt concrete pavements.
